2026 Summer League recruiting ages 12-16
The summer League aims to train players who want to become a future school or club player. The summer league program is designed to enhance and give the future players the exact attention learning the real volleyball skills, volleyball duties and introduction to setup (for some ages). The program’s goal is to boost athlete performance and promote overall well-being and be prepared to try out with their school or preference club.
Ages 12-13u
12 – 13u players must have 12 and 13 years of age and under between July 1st, 2026-June 30th, 2027 (intermediate – cyo, ymca, i9, nys experience are welcome)
Practice dates/time
Wednesdays April 29th, May 6th, 13th, 20th from 6:30pm-8:00pm at 13200 Bandera Rd. Helotes, TX 78250-Forest Hills gym
No practice on May 27th, 2026
June Practice: Tuesday June 9th, 16th & 23rd from 5:00pm-6:30pm-13200 Bandera Rd Helotes 78023-Forest Hills gym
No practice on June 2nd & 30th, 2026
July Practice:
Tuesday July 7th & 21st from 5:00pm-6:30pm -13200 Bandera Rd. Helotes 78023-Forest Hills gym
Tuesday July 14th TBA
No practice on July 28th, 2026
Games dates/time:
Thursdays June 11th, 18th 25th , July 9th, 16th & 23rd (total of 12 games, 2 games per evening, usually after 4:30pm. In addition, 2 Volley Carnival competitions on Saturdays June 13th and Saturday July 11th, 2026 (games between 8:00am-8:00pm)
Location for the Thursday’s Games and the 2 Saturday’s Volley Carnival competition – TBA
*We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or change practice date/time/location if the needs arise

This is a non refundable event
Total Cost: $999.00 – 4 payments plan
4 payments plan structure:
1st payment from March 15th – April 1st – $275.00
2nd payment due on May 5th – $275.00
3rd payment due on June 5th – $260.00
4th and last payment due on July 5th- $189.00
- processing fee of 3.5% per transaction applied
- Total cost included practices, games, league registration fees and game t-shirt.
New members: Please fill out the 2 required forms: 2026 Registration & Medical Waiver & Policies questionnaires. All two forms are located at the left side of this page. Submit all 2 forms and make the payment. You will be receive a confirmation once all forms are submitted and payment is done.(confirmation can take 2-3 business days)
